Please read these terms carefully before using My Auto Arena

By using My Auto Arena you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent a business entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept on its behalf.

1. Acceptance & Agreement

Your use of any part of the platform - including browsing the website, creating an account, or subscribing to a plan - constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact us to close your account if one exists.

2. Service Description

My Auto Arena is a SaaS platform designed for car dealership management. The service includes:

  • Vehicle inventory management and status tracking (available / reserved / sold)
  • Purchase and sale contract creation with bilingual PDF export
  • Customer and supplier profile management with 360° view
  • Payment and installment tracking, profit and commission calculations
  • Official invoices, expense vouchers, and general expense management
  • Comprehensive financial reports (inventory, receivables, losses, aging)
  • Multi-user role-based access control and branch management
  • Multiple online payment gateways (Ziina, Stripe, PayPal, and others)

We reserve the right to modify or improve any part of the service with advance notice wherever possible.

3. Account & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with unauthorized parties
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
  • Notifying us immediately upon discovering any breach or unauthorized use
  • The accuracy and correctness of all information entered into the system
  • Complying with local laws when using the service and issuing documents

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Free trial: 14 days at no charge, no payment details required
  • Renewal: Processed after manual verification of the renewal request and payment
  • Grace period: 3 additional days are granted upon submitting a renewal request
  • Invoices: An official invoice is issued upon confirmation of each payment
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds: Issued only in cases of serious technical failures that completely prevent use of the service for more than 48 consecutive hours

5. Data & Intellectual Property

Your data belongs to you: All data you enter remains your exclusive property. We claim no rights over it and do not share it with third parties except with your explicit consent or under a binding court order.

Platform ownership: The code, design, brand, and logos are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the sole property of My Auto Arena.

Data export: You may export your data at any time via the dashboard or by contacting our support team.

6. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Entering falsified data or forged documents
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or disable platform systems or servers
  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • Copying or reproducing any part of the code or design
  • Circumventing plan limits through fraudulent means
  • Sending offensive or abusive content through platform communication channels

Violations will result in immediate account suspension without any refund.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • Any provision of these Terms is violated
  • Fees remain unpaid after the full grace period has elapsed
  • Any fraudulent or harmful activity is suspected
  • You explicitly request account closure

Upon termination you may request a data export within 30 days. After that, data may be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months
  • We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or hosting provider failures

We target 99.5% monthly uptime with advance notice for scheduled maintenance.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via your registered email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after the amended Terms take effect constitutes your implicit acceptance.
